Our team selects the gifts within your chosen package each month. Share an age range or interests to help guide the selection.

The first payment is due at checkout, with renewals on the same date each month. Deliveries are planned around the start of the month; the first falls within your first monthly cycle, subject to safe access. Specific items and nominated recipients depend on availability. For another package, recipient count, or schedule, ask for a custom quote.

Every tier includes a delivery update. A photo is shared only with recipient consent; identifying photos of children require parent or guardian consent. Otherwise, we provide a delivery acknowledgment, receipt, or coordinator confirmation.

Available in Ramallah and other accessible locations across Palestine, subject to safe access. If shutdowns, conflict, or access restrictions prevent fulfillment, contact us before the next renewal so we can agree a safe alternative or cancellation. For a paid but unfulfilled cycle, we arrange an alternative you accept or a refund of the unfulfilled portion.

Cancel future renewals at period end through secure billing access when available, or contact email or WhatsApp support before the next charge. Contact us to discuss a plan change; online switching and pausing are not available. Before paying, review and accept the monthly amount, included package, renewal schedule, and cancellation instructions. Billing begins only after successful Stripe checkout. Already-paid cycles follow our ordering and return terms.
