Once Stripe checkout is connected, continuing to payment saves your selected items or monthly plan, contact details, adult delivery contacts, shipping address, and order notes in our order records for payment verification, fulfillment, and support. Stripe receives the billing and checkout information needed to process payment and renewals. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our website. Live purchases are accepted only when online checkout is enabled.
When you contact us
Custom, bulk, special-request, Alaska/Hawaii, and other individually priced inquiries prepare a WhatsApp or email draft. Continuing opens that service and passes the draft details to it; you may also copy the request details and send them yourself. Our business receives the request only if you send it. These inquiries are reviewed personally and are not automatically priced, answered, or sent payment links. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook use their own service providers and privacy terms.
We use information you send us to answer questions, prepare quotes, fulfill agreed orders, provide updates, and handle order issues. We share only the relevant details with partners, local coordinators, delivery providers, or payment providers as needed for the order. Gifts for Palestine may require sharing delivery details with our team in Palestine. Please provide only information you have permission to share.
We do not sell customer information or use order messages for unsolicited marketing. Message and order records may be retained as needed for fulfillment, support, bookkeeping, and legal requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we must retain.
Hosting, analytics & children
