U.S. production & delivery

Large pieces & assembly. Proposed dimensions describe the assembled piece or the suggested arrangement of a set. Items marked “Customer assembly required” ship in printed sections for you to join or mount after delivery. We use an 11 × 11 × 11-inch print space and confirm the final size, sectioning, joining method, assembly steps, and any mounting needs before payment. Separate desk modules may be arranged on arrival without joining them into one piece.

U.S. 3D-print orders are printed and fulfilled in the U.S. Standard shipping is $6 per cart in the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C., free at $50 in eligible items after savings and before additional tax. That’s it pieces and Palestine gift add-ons count toward $50. Palestine gifts are delivered separately and add no U.S. shipping charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and marked large items are not eligible for the standard shipping or free-shipping offers. Contact us personally by WhatsApp or email; we review the packed order, destination shipping, availability, applicable tax, and realistic timing before discussing a complete price. Payment is arranged separately only after you agree to the final terms.

Each offer piece includes standard shipping in its listed price. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout and added to that price. No added shipping, processing, or card charge applies to that piece. Where options are available, standard color changes and listed personalization are included; optional specialty or glow finishes update the displayed delivered price before you add the item. The map keychain and kufiya bookmark remain pictured-only listings. All offer pieces use their standard size; a different size requires a separate quote. Offer delivery is limited to the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C. It is unavailable for Alaska and Hawaii; we will not add a surcharge to make an ineligible offer order deliverable.

In a mixed cart, each That’s it piece keeps its listed delivered price. Below a $50 eligible cart, ordinary items add a single $6 standard shipping charge per cart; at $50 or more, eligible mixed carts receive free standard shipping. Marked large pieces and Alaska/Hawaii deliveries require a separate quote regardless of cart value. Applicable sales tax on U.S. items is calculated at checkout. Shipping included with an offer piece does not make delivery of the rest of the cart included. Offer prices exclude applicable sales tax. The final amount, including any tax, is shown before payment. No payment-processing surcharge applies to a cart containing these offer pieces.

We share available dispatch and tracking information through the agreed contact channel. Contact support if a package is delayed, missing, or damaged. We will help investigate and arrange any remedy required for the order.

Gifts for Palestine

Buy personal or bulk gifts, Suendus’s books, school supplies, toys, and more for family, schools, and community groups. You can also buy Eid gifts to be distributed to children in Palestine. These orders are produced or purchased locally in Palestine.

Delivery is available in Ramallah and other accessible locations across Palestine, subject to safe access. Shutdowns, active conflict, access restrictions, and other local conditions may delay or prevent delivery. For requests arranged by quote, we confirm the recipient or group, availability, timing, delivery fee, any processing fee, and the full total before payment. If an agreed delivery becomes impossible, we will discuss an alternative you approve or refund the unfulfilled portion as required.

Palestine gift add-ons in your bag

The featured gift and eligible matching-design gifts can be selected and purchased with your order at their displayed prices, without a separate quote. Each add-on price includes local delivery, applicable tax, and processing fees. Our team chooses a suitable recipient by default; you may instead provide an adult recipient or delivery contact’s details at checkout. All Palestine gifts in the same order use that selected recipient. Gifts are delivered separately from U.S. items, and both add-ons count toward the eligible $50 free-standard-shipping threshold for U.S. items.

Matching-design offers are available only on selected products without name or logo personalization. The gift uses the same selected colors, finish, and standard size as the item in your bag. The additional gift price is shown before you select it. Gift quantities are independent of U.S. item quantities. Removing the source item also removes its matching gift. No gift is added or charged automatically.

A delivery update is included with gift add-ons and every monthly plan. For quoted gifts, we agree on verification before payment. Recipient photos are shared only with consent; photos identifying a child require parent or guardian consent. Otherwise, verification may be a delivery acknowledgment, receipt, or confirmation from a recipient or coordinator. Delivery consent does not authorize public marketing use of a photo.

Monthly gift plans

Mini Gifter is $9.99 per month for 1 person; Super Gifter is $24.99 per month for 1 person; Learning Champion is $59.99 per month for 10 children; Gift Champion is $149.99 per month for 30 children. All amounts are in U.S. dollars and include local delivery and processing fees within the confirmed eligible delivery area.

Mini Gifter includes one basic school supply item and one 3D-printed gift per month for one recipient. Super Gifter includes one larger gift or gift set/bundle per month for one recipient. Learning Champion and Gift Champion provide 3D-printed gifts, school supplies, or a mix for 10 and 30 children respectively, in schools or throughout the community. These are fixed recipient counts, not a guarantee to cover a class of any size. Our team selects suitable items each month within the selected plan and gift focus. Specific items vary with availability; extra recipients or a different package require a separate quote.

Choose a team-selected recipient or nominate an individual for either individual plan. For group plans, choose a team-selected school or community group, or nominate one. The listed monthly plans can be purchased directly without a quote. Your first payment is due at checkout and the plan renews on the same date each month until canceled. Review the monthly charge, package, delivery conditions, and cancellation instructions before authorizing payment. Delivery is planned around the start of each month; your first delivery is scheduled within your first monthly cycle, subject to safe access. Billing is handled by Stripe when online checkout is enabled.

After successful Stripe checkout, a plan renews monthly at the agreed amount until canceled. There is no minimum number of future renewals. Keep your secure agreement link from checkout: it lets you download your subscription acknowledgment and accepted terms, or cancel that agreement’s future renewals online at period end. Temporary full billing access lasts one hour; the agreement-specific cancellation link continues to work afterward. Stripe sign-in also supports cancellation for the Customer it displays. If you lose your link or a plan is missing from Stripe sign-in, contact email or WhatsApp support with your order reference for secure ownership verification before the next charge; we confirm the effective date. Online plan switching and pausing are not available. Buying another plan creates a separate subscription and does not replace or cancel an existing one; both may be billed separately. For a plan change, we verify ownership and agree the effective date and arrangements for already-paid cycles before taking action. We do not change an agreed recurring amount or materially change the package without your approval. Paid-cycle order issues retain the rights described in Ordering & returns.

If safe access prevents fulfillment, contact us before the next renewal to agree a safe alternative or cancellation. For a paid but unfulfilled cycle, we arrange an alternative you accept or refund the unfulfilled portion. Monthly plans are separate from your shopping bag and U.S. free-shipping promotions. Delivery updates and consent-based verification apply to every tier.

Custom recurring schedules

Recurring gift plans begin with a quote covering the intended recipient or group, location, gift preferences, budget per delivery, and schedule. Each delivery is separately confirmed for availability, safe access, timing, delivery charges, any processing fees, and the full total before approval and full payment. A plan request does not authorize automatic charges or guarantee future access. You can skip or stop future deliveries before approving and paying for them; already-paid orders follow our ordering and return terms.

Gifts for Palestine is a commercial gift-purchase service. We do not offer charitable donation receipts or represent these purchases as tax-deductible donations.
