Payment & confirmation

Review your order details, selected options, delivery information, and final total before payment. Full payment is required before production. Fixed-price Palestine gift add-ons are purchased with your order without a separate quote. Monthly Gifts for Palestine plans have their own listed packages and prices; they can be purchased directly through subscription checkout with explicit monthly payment authorization. For custom, bulk, and Gifts for Palestine requests outside these fixed-price offers, we confirm availability, timing, and the full quote before payment. Adding items to a bag or sending a quote request does not place a paid order.

Prices & selected options

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Listed prices exclude shipping and any applicable tax unless an offer explicitly states otherwise. Any delivery or processing charge is disclosed in the final total before payment.

That’s it. Delivered. pieces include standard shipping in their individually listed prices; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout, with no added processing or card fee. Every catalog piece listed below $10 belongs to this collection. The Palestine map keychain is $7 and the kufiya bookmark is $8 delivered. Available color and personalization options are listed on each item page; optional finish upgrades update that piece’s displayed delivered price. The map keychain and kufiya bookmark have fixed pictured colors, finish, and size, with no personalization. Offer delivery covers the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C.; Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Each selected variant has the same delivered price wherever it appears on this website. Different designs or delivery outside the offer require a separate quote.

Standard colors are free. Specialty finishes—metallic/shiny, silk, stone, and bi-color—add $1 per item. If any selected filament is glow in the dark, the total finish upgrade is $2 per item. Upgrades are charged once per item, not per swapped color. Up to 4 filaments per printed piece; bi-color counts as one filament. Dimensions labeled “Proposed” are suggested standard design sizes, pending print and fit checks. We contact you before production if a material size change is needed; you may accept it or receive a refund for the unfulfilled item. A different size may require a separate quote. The displayed price reflects your selections. Arrangement notes cannot add unpaid upgrades, extra colors, or size changes.

A little Palestine is $13, saving $2 against the individual pieces; The desk reset is $23, saving $4 against the individual pieces; A little Arabic, a little play is $37, saving $6 against the individual pieces. A little Palestine includes eligible standard shipping. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. The other sets follow standard cart rules. Savings apply to complete sets of matching pictured pieces, including pieces added separately. Removing pieces or changing quantities recalculates the discount. Free-shipping eligibility uses the subtotal after savings.

Build a gift set: choose 2–6 different eligible products and save 10% on that set, or receive a better complete pictured-set deal within it. Offers are not combined. Prices use your selected options, and removing pieces recalculates savings. At least two different eligible products must remain in the set. Shipping, Palestine add-ons, monthly plans, quoted work, and other noneligible items are excluded. Included-delivery pieces retain their included standard shipping. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Gift wrapping is not included.

Cancellations & order issues

Manage an existing monthly gift plan, or contact email or WhatsApp support.

Paid orders cannot be canceled or returned due to a change of mind. Please check names, key labels, colors, quantities, and delivery details before approving payment. This policy does not remove any cancellation, refund, or other rights required by law.

For monthly gift plans, you may cancel future renewals online at period end using your saved secure agreement link or Stripe billing access when available. If you lose the link, contact email or WhatsApp support for secure ownership verification before the next charge. Canceling future renewals does not cancel an already-paid cycle; order issues and any required refunds remain covered below.

If an order is damaged, incorrect, materially different from the agreed order, or not fulfilled, contact us promptly with the order reference and details. Product and packaging photos can help us resolve the issue. We will discuss an appropriate remedy; required refunds remain available. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

When an order is delayed

If we cannot ship by the agreed dispatch deadline, we will contact you through the agreed channel, explain the delay, and provide a revised date when available. You can agree to wait or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel and refund it. A delay notice does not waive your legal rights. Updates are not automatically dispatched by this preview; required communications must be handled by the owner.

Quote services

Custom designs and sizes, bulk pricing, special requests, and Gifts for Palestine requests outside the listed gift add-ons and monthly plans are handled as personal inquiries. Custom recurring schedules are also discussed individually. Bulk quantities start at 5+. Website shipping promotions do not automatically apply to separately discussed orders or monthly plans. We confirm the scope, complete price, shipping, applicable tax, and timing with you; no automated quote or payment link is created.
